By using a flexible model PlanRides is able to utilize lower cost modes for appropriate patients while ensuring complex cases receive the assistance they need. The PlanRides implementation process includes an assessment of available transports, costs, and past utilization for your team to plan appropriately.

Financial Impact - PlanRides focuses on helping you contain or lower your cost while maintaining member satisfaction. We accomplish this by building dedicated networks, and aggressively negotiating preferred provider contracts to serve you members. In addition, Planrides has built a dedicated provider offering which allows our team to manage a captive fleet while maintaining member choice.

Data & Reporting - The PlanRides team understands that your organization needs long term data to build effective benefits. We work with your leadership to build reporting that gives you information on average cost per ride, method of transport, mileage and utilization down to the county level. This provides visibility for your team to understand how the benefit is being used by plan members. We build reporting templates to your specifications to analyze the impact of transport on member population over time.
